Interview with geneticist Krystal Tsosie on research with Indigenous DNA
In an interview published in August in the German journal Gen-ethischer Informationsdienst, SoSciBio member Isabelle Bartram spoke with geneticist and Native American Krystal Tsosie (Arizona State University). Tsosie talks about the consequences of negative experiences Indigenous communities had with genetic research and discusses the conflict between Open Science culture and Indigenous data sovereignty.
